Rumors Raised After a Vietnamese Teen Was Run Over, Then Came a Stunning Admission

Rumors swirled after a Vietnamese teen was killed in a crash; officials claimed she was drunk before admitting the truth and arresting officers.

A tragic road accident involving a young Vietnamese schoolgirl sparked wild rumors across the country before official investigators made a stunning admission about what really happened.

The incident occurred in Phan Rang-Thap Cham city, located within Ninh Thuan province along the coastal region of southern Vietnam.

A 14 year old high school student, Hoang Anh, was riding her motor scooter home on a clear morning when a red car suddenly pulled across her lane and knocked her down.

The girl was rushed to the local hospital with severe injuries, but doctors could not save her life.

The reason why this tragic accident turned into a national scandal was the mysterious attempt by local authorities and hospital staff to blame the young victim instead of the actual driver.

Immediately after the crash, local hospital officials released a suspicious medical report claiming the young student had a high level of alcohol in her bloodstream at nine in the morning.

Outraged by the accusation, her grieving family knew the test results were completely fabricated. As local social media flooded with rumors of a high level coverup, angry citizens demanded a fresh investigation into who was actually driving the car that killed the innocent teenager.

Under intense public pressure, military prosecutors stepped in to investigate the case properly. They discovered that the car was being driven by an active duty air force officer who was using his mobile phone while driving and made an unsafe turn.

Furthermore, authorities made a stunning admission: hospital staff had committed a gross technical error and faked the blood alcohol test to protect the driver, leading to the immediate arrest of the officer and disciplinary action against five hospital workers.

Expressing deep grief and anger over how his daughter’s character was falsely attacked after her death, the victim’s heartbroken father publicly demanded justice for her name.

Demanding a clean name for his late daughter, the grieving father stated that “my family was completely shocked and heartbroken when they claimed she had alcohol in her blood, because she was just an innocent student going to school”.

Refusing to stay silent against the false medical report, he added that “we knew the report was wrong, and all we wanted was the absolute truth so my daughter could rest in peace”.

Coverage by major news outlets and regional reports revealed that six former local officials were ultimately prosecuted for trying to alter the official accident record.

Legal experts noted that public outrage forced government prosecutors to re-examine the case and uphold the rule of law.

In simple terms, a young girl on a scooter was hit and killed by a car driven by a military officer. At first, officials falsely claimed the girl was drunk, but after her family and the public protested, authorities admitted the truth, arrested the real driver, and punished those who tried to hide the facts.
