Popular activist and also a member of Nigeria Democractic congress (NDC) by name Aisha Yesufu has urged supporters of Peter Obi to focus their energy on helping him win the 2027 presidential election rather than getting caught up in political debates and distractions.
Speaking through a post on social media, popularly known as Twitter but currently called “X” ,Yesufu said supporters need to go beyond talking online and start taking practical steps to increase support for Obi across the country.
She explained that every supporter has a part to play in the success of the election. Yesufu noted that the outcome of the election would depend entirely on the efforts of the supporter.
According to daily news post,Her remarks came at a time when discussions about the 2027 presidential race are beginning to gather pace across Nigeria.
