Cubana Chief Priest Reacts After Missing APC Reps Ticket

Popular socialite and businessman Cubana Chief Priest has finally reacted following reports that he failed to secure the All Progressives Congress (APC) ticket for the House of Representatives seat in Imo State ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The celebrity barman, whose real name is Pascal Okechukwu, had contested for the APC ticket to represent the Orsu/Orlu/Oru East Federal Constituency. However, he lost the party’s primary election to the current lawmaker representing the constituency, Canice Moore Nwachukwu.

Reports about his alleged defeat quickly spread across social media, with many users sharing different reactions to the outcome of the primary election. Despite the buzz online, Cubana Chief Priest appeared unbothered as he later shared cryptic posts on social media, which many interpreted as his response to the situation.

Social Media Reactions Trail Election Outcome

Following the APC primaries, several supporters and critics flooded social media platforms with mixed reactions. While some encouraged him not to give up on his political ambition, others mocked his reported loss in the race.
The nightlife entrepreneur has in recent months shown strong interest in politics and openly supported President Bola Tinubu’s administration. He was also previously linked with the City Boy Movement, a youth support group associated with the president’s political camp.

Political Ambition Still Alive?

Although Cubana Chief Priest has not officially announced his next political move, many observers believe the businessman may still remain active in politics despite the setback at the APC primary election.

The development has continued to generate conversations online, especially among his fans and supporters who expected him to secure the party’s ticket.
