Music star Don Jazzy and TS Academy launch the 2027 Tech Scholarship offering up to 100% tuition waivers for young Nigerians.
Famous Nigerian music producer, record label owner, and philanthropist, Michael Collins Ajereh, popularly known as Don Jazzy, has officially launched a new educational scholarship program to help young Nigerians acquire modern technology skills completely free of tuition costs.
The music mogul announced the empowerment initiative across his social media handles on October 26, 2026, opening up new career doors for beginners, university students, and job seekers who want to step into the digital economy.
The educational initiative, titled the Don Jazzy Tech Scholarship 2027, is organized in partnership with TS Academy to reduce the heavy financial burden on young citizens who cannot afford high school fees for quality digital courses.
Under the empowerment scheme, successful candidates can receive up to 100 percent tuition waivers worth up to 447,000 Naira across various high-demand tech tracks, including Software Development, Cybersecurity, AI, Data Analytics, UI/UX Product Design, and Digital Marketing.
The learning program is designed to accommodate total beginners with no background in coding, alongside individuals who wish to upgrade their skills.
Enrolled students will participate in practical live classes led by experienced industry tutors, work on real-life projects, receive career mentorship, and gain access to post-graduation internship support.
Beyond the learning support, the organizers announced that fifty selected students in genuine need will receive free laptops, while five hundred students will get monthly internet data assistance.
Encouraging young Nigerians to take advantage of the special learning opportunity, Don Jazzy wrote on his official social media page:

Explaining the vision behind the initiative, Don Jazzy also noted on the official program portal:

Interested candidates are required to submit their application forms through the official portal before the closing deadline of November 30, 2026.
While the scholarship covers up to 100 percent of tuition fees, selected applicants will pay a discounted, non-refundable application fee to complete their final enrolment.
