Pastor William Kumuyi has declared that only God can provide a lasting solution to Nigeria insecurity. He urged Nigerians to remain prayerful and hopeful despite the security challenges facing the country.
The General Superintendent of Deeper Christian Life Ministry made the statement while speaking with journalists after paying a courtesy visit to the Benue State Government ahead of the Global Crusade with Kumuyi in Gboko and Otukpo. According to him, human efforts alone cannot completely end Nigeria insecurity.
Kumuyi said many countries continue to face different challenges because no individual has the power to solve every problem. Therefore, he stressed that lasting peace and security can only come through God’s intervention, faith, and sincere prayers.
In addition, Kumuyi urged Nigerians not to lose hope despite the country’s security challenges. He encouraged citizens to continue trusting God and praying for peace, unity, and progress across the nation.
Meanwhile, the cleric said the Global Crusade with Kumuyi in Gboko and Otukpo is aimed at spreading the message of salvation and hope.
However, Nigeria continues to battle serious security threats in many parts of the country. Terrorists, bandits, kidnappers, and other criminal groups have continued to attack communities. As a result, many Nigerians have called for stronger efforts to improve security and restore lasting peace nationwide.
