Rich Nigerian British businessman Igho Ubiribo died in Thailand after a body enlargement liquid blocked the blood in his lungs.
A 43 year old Nigerian British businessman and internet star, Igho Ubiribo, popular as “Tiny,” has died after undergoing a private body enlargement surgery.
The sad incident happened in Bangkok, Thailand, where he went on holiday with his wife, Danielle Simba Allen. Reports revealed that after going to a private clinic in the city to take body enhancement injections, his health suddenly turned bad.
Medical doctors in the hospital tried for more than one hundred minutes to save his life, but he died in the early hours of March 6.
The official court report in London, United Kingdom, brought the final truth about his death to light after full medical tests were completed.
The main reason for his death was that the liquid substance injected into his body entered his bloodstream and blocked the main pipe taking air to his lungs.
During the private operation, doctors put forty millilitres of a chemical called hyaluronic acid inside his body to make his private part bigger.
Right after the procedure, he went to relax with a massage at his hotel when severe chest pain started, causing him to faint two times.
He was rushed by ambulance to Sukhumvit Hospital, where doctors noticed that his lungs were completely blocked. The chemical liquid had traveled through his veins and trapped his breathing.
Medical experts in the United Kingdom opened his body after he died and saw the exact cosmetic chemical trapped inside his chest.
Explaining what killed him during the court sitting in London, the government coroner made a clear statement. Giving the final judgment on the matter, Coroner Jean Harkin stated that Ubiribo died “as a result of a cosmetic procedure abroad”.
Confirming the medical report from the chest check, pathologists explained that the chemical found in his lungs was the same one used for the body injection.
Adding details to the report, Pathologist John du Parcq told the court that “the material found in Ubiribo’s lungs matched the substance used during the cosmetic procedure”. Famous Nigerian musician Davido attended the funeral in London to lay his close friend to rest.
